It must be a discontinued pattern. I wonder when it was manufactured. The car seats "expire" 6 years after the manufacture date. Even if the car seat was manufactured a few years ago, it's still a great deal.

how would we know what the manufacturers date is? because this carseat can last you 6 years.

Get it in Granite if you don't like the cow print- its even cheaper at only $42 The link is on the parenting board for the Granite- I just ordered 3

I just bought one to have a spare for grandparents for when they babysit, etc.
I am a little nervous as to why they are SOOO cheap. But you can return up to 90 days at any Target store, so I figured why not.
