I just got an email from them telling me they have canceled my order. Thanks a lot. And it's my fault that they screwed up? Who do we call to complain?

I just checked my account status based on this thread and now there is NOTHING there, like my order never existed.
I checked it this morning, and it was there though.
I also have not received an email about a cancellation.
ETA--- AS SOON as I posted this, I got an email from Target.
Based on what it says-- it does not appear that the customer has any recourse since they claim it states their Pricing Policy on their web site which gives them the right to cancel an order should an item be mis-priced at Target.com.

Hello,
I am writing to you about an order I placed last night on Target.com. The order was for 2 Graphite Britax Marathon Carseats for my twin boys due any day now. I received a confirmation for this order with a December ship date. Today I checked my order again and there was nothing under my account except for some maternity clothes I had ordered a month or so ago.
I just checked my e-mail to see an e-mail from you stating that the product had been marked incorrectly and would not be offered at that price. I read your blurb about how pricing is checked when shipping is arranged-I do not understand why it took you nearly 24 hours to notify me that this product was incorrectly marked after I received shipping information.
Having been to your site last night and throughout the day today I see pricing errors are rampant including for the cow print Britax Marathon as well as a snowblower you incorrectly priced at $15. It seems odd that you would price multiple items incorrectly in the same day. I would hope you would honor your published web price just as brick and mortar stores do when their products are tagged incorrectly.
This fiasco, combined with your horrible return policy, makes me never want to shop at Target again. I would like to hear back from you about what you plan to do to rectify this situation and if I am not satisfied, I will be making a complaint of false advertising to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General. Thsank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

That's the thing---they were just on sale, not discontinued. Everyone assumed that they were being discontinued since the price was so low. They forgot a digit in their sale price.
