BTDT moms: quicker delivery
My doctor keeps telling me that the second time around is much easier & quicker. Just curious to see the difference between the first DC vs second/third.

Labor was almost exactly the same.
I pushed for an hour an fifteen minutes with DD #1. And DD#2 was out in three pushes. Recovery was way better with my second.

Crashing here but I was told the same thing. My labor with my first was 32 hours long so to me quicker was like 16 hours
WELL my second labor was just shy of 2 hours, I just made it to hospital.

Labor, start to finish with DD1 was 12hrs. Had my first contraction at 445am she came out at 444pm. I pushed for an hour.
DD2 I started early labor the night before, contractions tapered off during the night and picked up again early the next morning. Had DD2 at 403pm. Only pushed for about 9 mins. 3 contractions and she was out.

This is good to hear!! I am awaiting DS#2 and with DS#1 I was induced at 7am and did not have him until 5:38 pm. I started pushing at 2pm. That was the most exhausting 3 hours and 38 mins of my life! I PRAY the pushing is less! I would be happy with an hour of pushing!
Reading this gave me hope!!!
