I was skeptical so I got the cheapest thing.
I did Hypnobabies home study. You listen to some tapes, you relax, and I honestly loved it. I know women who have great success with it. If anything it helped me sleep better. I ended up having to be induced and the induction meds where too much for me.

Bradley. I was using a midwife and I wanted to maximize my chances to go natural and avoid a section. It worked. I was induced. A 54 hour induction with about 7 hours of hard labor and I didn't get an epi.
I would have done Lamaze but, most Lamaze classes today are not true Lamaze but, more of a prep class for the hospital.

hypnobirthing - highly recommend! It definietly helped me relax during labor (and helped me sleep towards the end of my pregnancy)
