Cablevision: Movies On Demand is free (yesterday)
I'm watching the scroll on ABC/7.
Cablevision Customers: We invite you to enjoy our entire slate of on demand movies at no charge today, Sunday, March 7th.
To order go to the IO TV main menu, select On Demand, then Movies on Demand, then choose your movies.
Customer bills will show a credit for Movies ON Demand ordered on Sunday March 7th.

I am watching abc and I don't see where it says that. I am afraid cablevision will charge us for it!

I've been watching and I don't see that on the scroll...
When I Googled it, I only saw chat rooms posting this same message... and everyone questioning it. Has anyone heard this directly from Cablevision?

That is what I am wondering. I went on the Cablevision website and I couldn't find anything about it. I am tempted to call them, but there is always such a long wait time...

I had the exact same problem.
I just ordered a movie and it worked.
There was one movie (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) that NEVER, EVER worked for us. It would start, then 2 minutes in, give us an error message -- then we'd get charged for it anyway.
Happened on 3 different occasions and then I gave up on ever seeing that movie.
Did you try another movie (just to see if it's the movie or the whole system)?
And (unrelated) - I got an email from Cablevision about this, too, a few minutes ago.
