Can I mix cow's milk w/ formula to get DD used to it?
I have that Enfamil Baby to toddler formula--can I mix like 2 oz of cow's milk and 4 oz of formula?

yes, thats what my Dr told us to do...she'll be fully on whole milk by tomorow...

yes! Every day for 1 week I would replace 1 oz of fomula with whole milk, and increase it by another ounce each day.
Day 1, 1 oz milk, 5 oz formula
Day 2, 2 oz milk, 4 oz formula
Day 3, 3 oz milk, 3 oz formula
and so on. We do have to heat up his milk now from right out of the fridge, but we do it in a cup of water for just a minute to take the chill out of it.

That's what I did for the transition from breast milk to formula and then later formula to cow's milk.

We started with 2 oz milk to 6 oz f, for a whole day, each bottle/cup. The next day did 3/5, next 4/4, so on and so on. But my ped also told me you could do it anyway you want, or just change in one day, no weaning. I just wanted DD to get used to teh taste and texture gradually, plus I felt bad taking away her bottles (she only takes one bottle at night, all cups during the day) and her formula. So I felt switching the milk gradually was the way to go.
