nike+: there is a chip that goes into your sneaker (or attached to your sneaker if you don't have nikes) and a piece you plug into your ipod nano (or there is a watch you can get). It tracks your runs (distance, time, pace, etc) and transmits them to nikeplus.com. On nikeplus.com you can set goals for yourself, follow training plans, and take part in challenges. The LIF challenge right now is the first person to make it to 100 miles.
