Can Someone Tell Me How To Take Out Your Battery and/or SIM Card on The Iphone 4?
I was having trouble the last few days with my car charger and getting a weird message saying this device is not supported by this accessory AND my car charge wasn't charging my phone. I called AT & T and they said there was some kind of outage of some sought in the area where I live(Medford) and to remove the SIM card and then put it back in. Can I even do this or I need a special tool to open up my i phone?

In the box that the phone came in is a little pin type "key" I believe on top of the phone by the on/off button is a little whole that you poke with the key and out will slide the sim card.

We just got an iPhone for our son on Saturday. The guy at the store said to get the sim card out, there is a little hole on one side - stick a straightened out paper clip into the hole to pop out the sim card. Sorry, I don't know about the battery

Thank you, however, I checked both my husband and my boxes that our i phone's came in and there is no "key". Hummmm....
We did end up using a paper clip and popped the sim card out. Do you know if there is a way to take the battery out.

You just need a new charger. It has nothing to do with your battery. Some of the older chargers don't work on the new iPhones.

You just need a new charger. It has nothing to do with your battery. Some of the older chargers don't work on the new iPhones.
It's the Apple charger that's for the I-phone. It's worked fine for over a year.
