Anyone have any good comebacks on the "Was it planned?" question lol. I know I will be getting it a lot this go around and I want to be prepared with something witty :)

I love the people that come into my job, the have no filter.
The best is the people that sit there and go Awwww you work, thats a shame you must miss out on so much of your kids lives. WHHAAA???

Oh this thread is bringing back memories of my first pregnancy. I'm only 10w, so no dumb comments yet this time around but I know it's coming. Last pregnancy I got the twins question too. So rude.
This one was the kicker though. I was like 8 months pregnant, waddling to the restroom at work when a coworker saw me and shouted "there she blowwwwwwws!" I was so p*ssed and I let her know. She apologized profusely later and I forgave her. But man, I was livid at the time.
One of my close friends had twins. She constantly got people asking her if she had fertility treatments since she was having twins. I couldn't believe people would be so rude and invasive, like that's ANY of your business. It's amazing what people think they can say when you're expecting.

I'm glad I'm not the only person who has been asked the "are you sure you're not having twins " question. My favorite is after you say "yes I'm sure" they look at you and seriously say "but are you reaaaaalllllyyy sure?" .....I've been very alert at my doctors appointments - I'm very sure there's only 1 in there!
I also get "OMG, didn't you JUST get married last year? Why wouldn't you enjoy your time being married instead of getting 'knocked up' so fast?" ....I didn't get 'knocked up' .... I got pregnant..jerk

I haven't been asked why we didn't wait long but I've gotten a few "Well that was fast!" (we got married 6 months ago) but others have asked "are you sure it's not a honeymoon baby?" Why yes, unless our math is REALLY off, it is definitely not a honeymoon baby.

I've definitely gotten the "are you sure it's not twins?" comment several times recently. I know I carry big, but seriously, way to make me feel like whale!
I was at the deer park outlets a few weeks ago with my DD and I decided to get a pretzel at Auntie Anne's. The cashier looked at me and was like "oh it's a boy huh?" I said "no, it's another girl" and she was like "are you sure? Because you really look like you are carrying a boy." she proceeded to ask me if I was sure it wasn't boy for another few minutes. I was so irritated!

I got the "are you sure it's not twins" or "oh yea now I see your butt is spreading"..... Ummm okay thanks!
My sister just text me all upset bc someone just said to her "should you be eating all those starbursts". It was s guy and his reasoning was that it will make the baby move around too much...
Oh and with my first I was pregnant for my 30th bday, I was at the store buying beer for people coming over and the cashier kept telling me I shouldnt be drinking. He was dead serious. I told him it wasn't for me, but I seriously think he didn't believe me.

I've gotten many comments from many different people about my flat chest (I have no boobs at all and I was hoping being pregnant would change that... but they haven't grown AT ALL    )
Some more notable ones:
Bitchy SIL: "It sucks that all the weight you gained in your hips, thighs, and butt couldn't go to your boobs instead... it makes you look very disproportionate"...
MIL said in front of a room full of people "your SIL was flat-chested too, but she grew boobs when she got pregnant. My son must be so disappointed"
A guy friend laughed and said my kids would likely starve if they had to rely on me for breast milk.
Co-worker: "Do you think you'll be able to breast feed at all... cuz you know?... (then looking down at my chest and making a sad/pathetic face)"

Just needed to add because today my own mother must've said like 20 times "wow, you are really big!" I don't remember you being that big with your first" "I can't believe how huge you look!" Thanks mom, now I feel like a whale and want to punch you in the face

Omg!! What's wrong with these people!! What do you say?
For stuff like that, I usually went with a grossed out look and "Do you really think it's appropriate for YOU to be critiquing my body" ("...at work," etc. depending on who is was).
They usually snapped into consciousness of the fact that they were a coworker, guy, or whatever made them realize they were being inappropriate after that.

I will never ever understand this statement. It's major surgery. They remove your uterus, take out a little naked person and place your uterus back in. It's a painful recovery (I've had 2) people are dumb
