Baking Breaded Chicken Cutlets
I always fry my breaded chicken cutlets. I am looking to bake them in the oven. Is this possible? If so, please tell me what I need to do. Thank you!!

Re: Baking Breaded Chicken Cutlets
Its absolutely possible. I put breaded cutlets on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20-25 min.

Do you put any oil or spray on the pan?
Do you turn them at any point?

Yeah, I spray the pan and flip them halfway through so the breadcrumbs are toasted on each side. Its tricky sometimes to flip them without the breading coming off, but iwith practice its easier

You can also put a small dab of butter on the top of each cutlet - or a few small dabs for each cutlet - this helps them brown better too.
