it definately can happen..especially if you miss pills or dont take the around the same time everyday. I have been on BCP for many years and never had a problem..but plenty of people do.

Most pills nowadays are mini pills. You have to take them at the same time everyday. And the "same time" does not mean 8pm one day, 9pm another day.
Every hour after the 24 hour you took your last pill, it loses it's effectiveness VERY QUICKLY!
So yes, you can totally get PG on BCP.

<----------------OH YEA!!!!!!!! 2 years on BCP and welcome my son everyone. Funny thing is we risked things with the PULL OUT METHOD for a year. Then I got on BCP and got knocked up.

I know four people that got pregnant on BCP but a couple of them were using antibiotics and the other two were not consistent in taking the pill at the same time every day.
