Did Casey admit to ANYTHING at all in regards to Caylee? Is her defense that she accidentally drowned and then she left her in that field to look like someone had killed her?

you are misunderstanding..
she said that caylee drowned and her FATHER, who she also accused of (along with her brother) of molesting her (casey not caylee), took the baby and put duct tape over her mouth and in a bag and threw her in a swamp around the corner of the house to cover up the drowning..
she has admitted to giving the baby chloroform to drug her and go out.. used to put her in the trunk of the car or lock her in the bedroom

But please tell me this MOTHER didn't actually chloroform her baby girl and put her in her freaking trunk to go out and party.
Really... like more than once? Wow.
And her parents are standing behind her despite her claims?
What I just can't wrap my head around is - if your little girl accidentally drowned, why would you go on partying like nothing. What kind of heartless creature is she? That alone makes me think it was NO accident.
I hope the verdict comes in soon.

No this was never admitted
If she had admitted this, it would have already been felony murder (which is under murder 1), no questions
that's what i thought... i've been following this case and i dont recall this being brought up

she admitted to this?!!?!?!?!
I didn't know this   . This is the first I"m hearing of this besides on the detectives notes that were posted just a little while ago. Why was this not brought up in trial? Sounds like pretty concrete evidence to me!

She never admitted to using chloroform...that is being deduced from internet searches and the amt of chloroform found in the car trunk...
She may have also used Xanax before the chloroform to get her to "pass out"...hence the fake nanny's name "Zanny"
Her parents aren't really behind her...I'm pretty sure her dad is done w/her since she claims he sexually abused her and that he had something to do with it....her mom is probably torn...probably knows she did it, but its still her daughter ....
I feel badly for her parents in some ways

The only positive I can get from sitting around waiting for the verdict........as nervous and as anxious as *I* am right now to get the answer......SHE must be freaking the eff out and having the world's biggest anxiety attack
I don't know, she's a total wacko
I wouldn't be surprised if she's sitting there thinking of all the partying she's going to catch up on once she's acquitted.
Surely she thinks she'll get away with it because she is after all a lot smarter than everyone else.

yes, she used to do that..
From what I've gotten from this case and I've been following it since caylee went missing, is that casey used to give her xanax and then go out and then when she ran out of the xanax, that's when she started doing searches for how to make chloroform and then that's what she ultimately used on caylee..
There is so much that came out prior to this case going to trial that was NOT able to be used in court.. between the bounty hunter (padilla) and the founder of execusearch, it's crazy to see what the prosecution was allowed to and ultimately used in court.. alot of it was hearsay so the judge didn't allow it.
Well, I can't wrap my head around that either.. defense had some crazy lady saying that that's how she was grieving. 
Her parents are supporting her BUT they do not think she is innocent.. I think they just want their daughter to NOT get the death penalty..

Should say I'm hoping life without parole, I think death is too good for her, any less then life is no good. I feel bad for the anthonys though.
U know, I missed the interview with Nancy grace in may with her n Jesse grund I had no idea they broke up because Casey thought Jesse loved caylee more then her. Sick sick.

If I'm not mistaken, all we will hear today is guilty/not guilty. I don't think they do the sentencing today... that happens later.
