I'm so sorry to hear that I am certain you & all your coworkers will be a great support outside of her family

for this little girl and her family. She will be in my thoughts and I can't imagine how difficult that is at that age. I lost my Mom at 31 and it was devasting. The one thing I do recommend is that the family takes her to the wake even for a few minutes, so that there will be closure for her. Even if, she doesn't realize it now.
