I thought I remember hearing that TT has cameras? If so, does anyone monitor the cameras like in department stores? Or is it just recorded but only looked at in case of an issue like this? I wonder..... this whole thing makes me scared.  Crazy people are EVERYWHERE!

I'm pretty sure TT is a franchise so I don't think they all have the same thing?

They do have cameras, but they do not record. The feed goes back to the office.
You know, my sister told me that other employees have complained to the director numerous times about this woman being mean to the kids, and they did NOTHING about it.  I am so infuriated by hearing that.

How absolutely horrible this story is. Make me sooooo beyond angry...
I hope that this woman is humiliated for this if it is true...although it appears through the TT statement that it IS.
