I don't know, but foodallergy.org is a good site. It teaches you how to check for labels

Re: children with milk/soy allergy. what do you
I've been on a dairy/soy free diet myself for a while now because I'm BF my son with allergies. He's 10 months now and he eats fruits, vegetables, and meats. They sell a coconut milk yogurt that is safe and DS loves it. I use rice milk and Earth's Balance soy free spread as milk and butter substitutes in cooking to make DS things like pancakes (Bisquick Heart Smart is D&S free).
Happy Bellies Organic Puffs are safe. Most of the Gerber puffs have soy, but the sweet potato flavor is OK. A brand called Healthy TImes makes organic teething biscuits that are D & S free.
I do most of my shopping at health food stores where you can find lots of allergy friendly foods. You'll get used to reading labels. FM me is you want any other suggestions.

Check out Whole Foods for snacks. You may even be able to find a list of their soy and dairy free items on their website. My son is not allergic to soy just dairy and egg so I don't have specific products. I do cut fruit into sticks as a snack

Where do you find the coconut yogurt? I cannot find it?
I have been using The Happy Bellies Puffs, but thats it...
I'm scared to try anything.
My Ped said to go ahead and try the yogurt, since they are twins, he said just see what happens vs. feeding one and not the other..well BIG mistake. No blood or anything, I;m sure there wasn't enough time, but Chloe was cranky and miserable for 3-4 days.

Its called "So Delicious". The brand also make a soy yogurt and the containers look very similar, so read the label carefully. I've almost bought the wrong one several times. I don't know where you live, but I get it at Sherry's Healthy Gourmet in Babylon Village. I have seen it at Stop and Shop, but they don't always carry it. DS likes the vanilla best, but they make a few with fruit flavors also. The brand also makes a coconut based ice cream. I gave DS a taste and he liked that too.

Re: children with milk/soy allergy. what do you
DS is 7 months and 3 weeks old. He has had a milk protein/soy allergy since day one. He is on Elecare. I only give him Earths Best cereals. They have no soy or dairy in them. Gerber has soy in it. Learned the hard way. Beech nut is good to. We also use Earths Best foods. Stage one and two. They put on the label if their is soy or dairy in it. I found dairy and soy free yogurt at whole foods. DS liked it. DS can have organic Gerber food too. Regular has something in it that kills his belly. Beech Nut is good too. As for table foods, we haven't tried any yet. I did find dairy and soy free teething biscuits. And hard bread sticks. Everything else we will have to read labels....Good luck..

Re: children with milk/soy allergy. what do you
We use mainly almond milk and cocnut yogurt and ice cream. Sometimes hemp based products too. It's not so easy to be dairy free AND soy free as soy is typically the substitute in dairy free products. We love Whole Foods - and definitely check out the Protect Allergic Kids website for more resources. Good Luck!

Re: children with milk/soy allergy. what do you
what our allergist told us is that MOST soy allergic children can handle: soybean oil and soy lechitin. Both of these items are SOOOOO processed that most of the 'harmful' allergen causing parts are gone by the time they get into the product.
We introduced them to Em (who is soy allergic) slowly and we have never had a problem.
this website is a HUGE help: http://www.kidswithfoodallergies.org/
