We are doing Maternity Christmas cards , I know you don't want photo ones ( ours has me with a bow on my belly along with DH and DS on either side of me) The phrase we used was

Is putting a sono pic on the card too personal for you ? That could be cute with the right card ( Like maybe a sono pic inside an ornament) and then sign it like some others have suggested
i loveeeeeeee your cards!! i think thats sooooo beautiful it brought tears to my eyes lol...and i think you absolutly can do a photo card because its not just a pic of you...you have a kid..i love kid/family photo cards but i think its strang when its just 2 adults...but maybe not...that bow idea is soooooooo cute!!! i do like the sono idea too though i just dont know if thats too much of an announcement...im trying to find a middle ground between the majority of the ppl that already do know and the few who dont. but congrats to you!! and thanks sooo much for the ideas!!!

I wouldn't -
If you normally write an update or something that's one thing (ie: we're expecting in May or whatever)
but I wouldn't sign anything Marisa, Brian and Baby K or something like that -
But that's just me b/c I'm kind of weird about that stuff - I haven't bought anything for Baby K yet either ..........
are you ladies saying not to because its tacky?? or is it more about superstition??....
For me, it's about so many things, but mostly just b/c I feel baby isn't actually here yet, so I would not put it. I once got a card from someone for xmas said love rick, judy and baby to be. I just wasn't a fan of it for my above reasons, just not something I would do but to each is own.
