Claire has been sleeping since 2 pm......do I dare wake her?
She was really cranky today and just passed out at 2 after a bottle....she has stirred a bit but nothing much.....I am worried now!

I wouldn't. She will wake when she is hungry. Sometimes they just sleep a lot Maybe she is teething.

When is the next feeding? I'd wake her when James is due to feed because it's been over 5 hours now. You also want to preserve night time sleep.
I know how important it is to keep them in synch.
Normally, I'd say, "never wake a baby" but in the case of twins it's important for mommy's sake to keep them in synch as much as possible. If their feedings are at different times so might their sleep and it's really easy for it to become complete opposite schedules and that means no break for mommy.
