cleaning hardwood floors.
We just had our floors redone. (They look FABULOUS) how does one clean them? I forgot to ask the guy this morning. Any recs?

I just bought Bona and they really clean the floors nicely. It was hard to find by me (i'm in NJ).
It is a wood, laminate and tile floor cleaner but it doesn't leave any sort of residue on the floor. If you use murphy oil over time you will notice that the floors will look dull and I don't agree with using water and white vinegar to clean the floors because of the acidity.

My mom has hardwood floors thru the house and she swears by her steam cleaner/steam mop.

thanks all. Im going to try the Bona stuff. I plan on buying a steam mop also, for the tile in the bathroom.
