Cloth Diapers
I hear they are good for the environment and my DH wants to consider trying them.
What are your thoughts on this product?

Re: Cloth Diapers
I just started a cloth diaper thread on the parents board this week!
I'm looking at kushies right now... it has flushable liners to catch the poo.....

Re: Cloth Diapers
I'm really thinking about it. I would probably use the fuzzi bunz after reading a ton of reviews. DH is actually really pushing for it now!!

I ordered these on walmarts website. Waiting for them to come in. I will prob use disposable for a few weeks in the beginning> To help me out the first few weeks and since I got three diaper cakes so far.... I loved the pin on type with my other two. Nice to have clean cotton on your baby. I am looking foward to this brand, Saw lots of reviews and should be real easy

Re: Cloth Diapers
This is so great that all these threads about cloth diapers keep popping up! We use cloth and really like them.
ETA: I just have to warn that I have read some negative reviews on Kushies, so if you don't like them please don't let that keep you from trying other types of cloth diapers!

Re: Cloth Diapers
I bought the G Diaper starter pack. Hoping the BRU brand inserts fit with it- that would save a pretty penny. http://www.gdiapers.com

I have been trying to find some information, but can you use these on newborns? I see they have the small size, but it seems like they may be big for a newborn. If not, I might just wait until they grow into them.

I don't know about using them on a newborn. I started using them when DS was about 4 months. We started with mediums and at 15 months, he can still wear them. Babycenter.com has a diapering board with lots of great information.

Re: Cloth Diapers
if you're thinking about getting the kushies, walmart doesn't stock the newborn size.... the size they sell is only good for babies over 10 lbs. But, if you google kushies, you can order the smaller size online
