Cold Cut Platter-Opinions Needed

I'm having DD's 1st birthday party on Saturday, I opted to do a cold cut platter rather than a hero.

I'm having 27 adults, 6 kids.

What kind of cold cuts would you get? Condiments??

I don't want to go too nuts, but I want to give variety as well. I am not ordering a platter...I am buying the cold cuts I want and making the platter myself!

Any opinions would be appreciated! Thanks!

Are you serving anything else?
A hero would be cheaper, right?

Standards for me...Turkey, salami, roast beef, ham
American, prov, Swiss.

ETA: when I make my own I also roast my own peppers (so easy if you never had & better & cheaper than jarred), olives, peperocinis, pickles.

I also do roasted veggies too (asparagus, zucchini, eggplant, onion, mushrooms)

Mustard, mayo, oil/vinegar

Ah, yes. I am having Sausage and peppers, eggplant parm, baked ziti, chicken wings and salads!

I decided to do a cold cut platter because a lot of the family parties we've been to lately have all been heros! I love hero, but I wanted something slightly different!!

when we have parties I order from ben's and get a cold cut platter with turkey, roast beef, corned beef and pastrami and then it comes with mustard and russian dressing, cole slaw, macaroni or potato salad.

My standards are turkey, ham, salami, roast beef and bologna. Then I have American, Swiss and provolone cheese.

Condiments I like to have mustard, mayo, oil & vinegar, horseradish sauce (for the Roast beef...I like the Boars Head one), lettuce, tomato, and pickles.

Cold Cut Platter Essentials in my opinion include Turkey, Ham and Salami. With Cheese: Provolone, Swiss and PepperJack.

Additional Items: Pickles!!!! lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, mayo, mustard, some sort of spicy sauce option.
