Cost of finishing basement
How much do you think it would cost to finish a 12x20 basement?

This probably won't be too helpful, unless you live in Pa. My DH, a builder, said for DD's basement it would be about $8,000, but since he will be helping with labor, it will be about $5000, for a 24x26 basement. I think it also depends on what kinds of materials one used. Mary
