Could I be the problem/cosleeping??

So I have been complaining about Noah's erratic sleeping as of late and I wonder if its not me who is the problem...

He sleeps in my bed, so I put him to sleep at 8 pm, and I go up to bed at around 11.30/12.00, he usually wakes up at around 1 ish, goes back to sleep, wakes again at around 3 ish and then is up up at around 4.30/5 am...so then we go downstairs to the living room and him and I sleep together on the sofa until around 6.30...

So what I am wondering is, maybe I am disturbing his sleep??? Maybe I snort or something in the night that wakes him up?

Maybe its time to get him into his own bed so that we can both get a good nights sleep??

what thinketh mommies???

I was actually gonna say this is your other post....but didnt wanna sound like "that kinda person"

Ryan was sleeping with us for a few months, and during those months -he was waking frequently.... after a million different attempts to do different things.. I started to wonder, if it was us (dh and I) that were waking him up.... us moving around, Dh snoring.... if it was all disrupting his sleep...

So back to his room, in his crib he went- It was 2 short nights of CIO... and everything went back to normal....

I have to tell you Gianna was in our room in her pack-n-play for over a year. Chat Icon We just liked having her close. Anyway she got up every night- sometimes oftenChat Icon . After being sleep deprived for way too long I put her in her own room. Just started with naps to get her used to it. She started sleeping through the night from the first night and has been since.Chat Icon . I think we were bothering her. (DH snoresChat Icon so...) I know it's hard- but we all sleep great now.
