Re: CPSE 12:1:2
Found this on the Brookville Center's website:
Integrated class settings are available at the following sites:
Children's Education Center BCCS at Westbury Friends Marcus Avenue SUNY Old Westbury
Hope this helps!! I am hoping the people at the CPSE meeting can guide me as to what schools I should send packets to based on the ratio they recommend for my DS.

Re: CPSE 12:1:2
I know that Brookville Marcus avenue at least is a 15:1;2 integrated. I was under the impression most integrated classes are 15 or 18 kids...12 seems like a low ratio for integrated, I thought 12s were usually high functioning self contained? Sorry that's prob not helpful, good luck and hope you find what you are looking for!

CPSE 12:1:2
Mineola ICCD has an integrated 12 class. I went to look at it on Monday. I only saw a teacher and an aide. So I'm guessing it was 12:1:1

Thanks everyone. Yes- most integrated are 15:1:2 but there are some 12:1:2. Honeymoon baby- what did u think of ICCD? I forgot that one of my daughters therapists mentioned it. Do they offer speech therapy on site?

They are housed in a nice building that is a day care center. They have four classrooms in the building. They have speech/OT on site. The kids looked happy.-- I didn't really stay too long bc I knew that it wasn't the right fit for my DD- but it's worth checking out.

Re: CPSE 12:1:2
My son completed an integrated pre school program at ICCD last year. It was a positive experience. FM if you would like more information.
