Crawling and Walking
When did your child start crawling? What about walking? Also what did you do to help them learn? Thanks!

Re: Crawling and Walking
DS starting crawling pretty early. He started to do the "army" crawl around 4 1/2-5 months where he would push and pull himself with his arms and legs. He started really crawling a few weeks ago, I think the same week he turned 6 months. He is going to be 7 months next week and he already pushes and pulls himself up to stand in his crib and on the side of the couch. So I think he may be an early walker as well.
I dont know if there was anything I did to help him. I put him on his tummy alot for tummy time and he kind of started to move on his own. I think also another reason is b/c he is strong. I put him in the jumperoo very early and also have a walker for him that he has been using for months. Every since he was a couple months old he liked trying to stand on my lap. So I encouraged him to do it when he wanted.
