Cutting board/cabinet matching
If you leave your cutting board out all the time on your countertop, does it match your cabinets/décor of the kitchen?
I started using my board as a trivet basically because we got a new countertop and I just want extra protection for it but it doesn't match at all.
It is the basic light wood kind and my cabinets are more of a light cherryish color.
Any ideas? Get a darker board? Get a large trivet? Leave things the way they are?

Cutting board/cabinet matching
I would never even think about if my Cutting board matches anything.
I have tons of stuff in my kitchen and I never worry about it matching completely.
I would use what you have and not worry about it.

If it bothers you, then get something that matches. Mine doesn't, wouldn't even think twice about it.

I'd never even think about it matching.
