That was me...prior to becoming preggers one GYN wanted to remove the whole ovary...got a second opinion who said that if I were to get preggers (I have endometriosis) that it would go away on its on...and low and behold..after DS it was gone. It came back in between my pregnancies, but 2 years after DD it is gone..
