Re: Days/Nights Mixed up
Keep the lights on BRIGHT during the day and try to keep him awake as much as possible during the day without getting him overtired.
Don't let him go back to sleep after feeding. Talk to him during the feeding. Don't try to keep the noise level down during the day.
At night, make sure it is dark, calm and quite.

Re: Days/Nights Mixed up
DS didnt have this issue, but my BF baby did. The advice she got was to wake the baby every 3-4 hours during the day, undress them if need be, try to keep them up for a bit and feed them, keep everythign bright, somewhat noisy. At night, dont wake them, keep the lights down, minimal noise and less eye contact.

Re: Days/Nights Mixed up
I think b/c I started her out in the hospital this way I got lucky.... but I kept the lights low during the evening/nighttime, and during the day, I lifted the blinds, turned the lights on high, and had the TV volume up higher than norm.....
