daytime/nighttime potty training

DD (2.5 yrs old) is potty trained during the day.
she still wakes up with a wet diaper in the morning --- how long did it take for your DC to stop wetting his/her diaper at night. my ped said to reward her when she has a dry one, which only happened 2x but said it could take another 2 yrs.
