Did anyone freeze homemade babyfood a month or so in advance?

I googled it but I want to hear if you did, did it taste the same, freezer burn?

Alexa is starting cereal today and then soon fruits/veggies. I want to get a jump on things and start making and freezing it all. Can I do this now?

i made my own baby food and froze it, but i used the one month mark as the "shelf life" of the food (i read this somewhere but i'm not sure where... sorry...). i might wait a couple weeks before starting to make the food so that it's more fresh.

when i did use it, i didn't taste it too often, but when i did there wasn't any bad taste to it. and DS always liked it...

thanks for asking this, bc I've been freezing my own as well but have been using it within a week or so, but wanted to see when I start diversifying how long it was good for
