No. We were at our family beach house in Delaware, which is a castle, so we were up in the turret which is really small, so he didn't have much room to bend down! Plus he was nervous as sh*t!

Yes!
he was waiting on one knee in front of the christmas tree in our apartment when I got home from work. he put lit tea lights on the stairs, and I , not thinking anything of it, went up one stair at a time blowing them out because they were a fire hazard and i was afraid the cat would set her fur on fire (wondering the whole time why anybody would break in to light candles on my stairs) when I got up the stairs, i was like "what did u do with the cat? is she ok?" he was so nervous, he didn't even give me his whole speech, just asked if i would marry him. i said "of course" like it should have been obvious. and then my brain FINALLY caught up with me and my knees buckled. LOL
leave it to me to ruin the most romantic proposal

Nope. We were in a hot air balloon -- would have been kind of difficult to do and he was already so worried about dropping the ring!
