Same with my DD. She's 50th % for weight (just under 27 pounds at her 2-year visit last week), so he said there was no problem keeping her on whole milk...maybe in a few months I'll ask him again when I should switch her.

Nope. Andrew is is 3 and at his 3 yr visit, the ped said to stay on whole milk. He is skinny and isn't the best eater so it is better for him to stay on whole milk.

Yes, my ped said it was OK to start giving her 2% instead.
I am waiting for the whole milk to run out before i switch

Nope - ped said it was up to me but no need to take him off...he's very lean so the milk helps but he only gets 1 - 2 servings of milk and then cheese and yogurt.

Aly just tiurned 3. she still drinks whole milk. shes not the best eater at times so she needs the extra fat IMO

Yes she said we could switch to 2% or 1%. I switched to 2% and now that he is 3, I switched to 1%.
