Dinner Party Menu
We are having another couple over dinner to see our new place. I have never cooked for anyone but myself and my DH.
I have no idea what to make. My friend does not eat red meat, or chicken.
Any suggestions, app/dinner/dessert

For appetizers you can do
shrimp cocktail
veggie platter/pita chips with hummus or dip
fresh mozzarella and tomatoes with some balsamic vinegar
For dinner
some sort of pasta with seafood
seafood stuffed flounder/sole with a veggie on the side
garlic bread
green salad
For dessert
You can do anything--ice cream, brownies, cake, pastries ect....

Loin of pork w/ baked apples and saurkrat and any kind of vegetable you want
or any kind of pasta
