Sounds good!!!!!!!

I'll likely do the Dining Plan, we've done it twice before and have had really good experience with it. I might do Quick Service only this time because our last trip we did the Full Service Plan and it was A LOT of food and A LOT of time spent sitting and eating.

This go around I don't want to be held to such a strict schedule with regards to dining and reservations. I'd still like to do maybe 2-3 sit down meals while there but for those I'll just pay OOP. Chat Icon

Re: Disney 2017

We're going for February break. We are renting a house offsite with 14 other people. It's gonna be crazy! Anxiously awaiting the release of southwest flights next week.

Yes! We have been discussing it! We are wanting to book for DS 5th bday. Of course his bday is in the summer during crowds & dH is really set on him having his actual bday in Disney.
Checked prices for All Star Movies Resort, Caribbean Beach & Port Orleans. Only a $300 price difference between the value & these 2 moderates. Any comments on any of these 3?

I really loooooove PO. The grounds are just so beautiful. The only value resort I've stayed at was Pop Century. It was very cute and the kids loved it but the rooms are small............ But we were hardly ever in the room so that was ok.

Good luck in the summer, it's sweltering hot and crowded. Chat Icon

I know, it's early june so maybe not that bad yet? We are only staying 5 days so we won't be in the room that much.

If the extra $300 is not a stretch for you then no question I would stay in one of the moderates, probably Port Orleans. The value rooms are teeny tiny and I just feel like the moderates are more peaceful and relaxing.

In the process right now of booking for early May our first trip as a family. Staying at the Art of Animation. Doing the dinning plan.

Has anyone ever got discounted park tickets anywhere like undercover tourist??

Do you guys get the memory maker?

Just the mermaid room. It is just 3 of us.
My friend is seeing if she can hook me up with tix through her job she recently went and got like a 5 day hopper for the price of like a 4 day base ticket.

We went in Feb and the memory maker is totally worth it. You get all your ride pics and so many around the parks.

Is there a good promotion going on currently? Trying to figure the best time to book. We would most likely want to get the dining plan again also.
