No but someday I will inherit my grandmother's ring, a cigar band style with all the stones from her engagement ring, her mother's and her MIL's ring on one band. I plan to wear it on my right hand, but hopefully in the far, FAR, FARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, off future (I'd even be fine with never!)

Yup I got it from my hubby for my 30th. I don't have a picture right now but I will post it later.
It has 30 little diamonds around it and in the center is an aqua marine stone. His cousin owns a jewlery store in Charleston SC which is were I get all my jewlery from. I walked in and was looking in the cases and tried it on and he said I'm glad you love it because it is yours!! My hubby has great taste and knew exactly what I wanted!!

I always thought that was a ring you bought yourself signifying independence.

I was just going to post this! I have been looking for one that I can buy myself - I thought that was the whole point?
ETA: great idea I will look in Italy next time I go - I have never bought myself jewelry so it should be fun!
