so easy i have it memorized

2 thick cut 1-1.5" thick boneless pork chops
place in ziplock with
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon black pepper (will seem like alot)
1 tablespoon ground corriander
3 tablespoons soy sauce

marinade as long as you can - minimum 15 minutes

broil close to the flame for 5-6 minutes per side for medium (slightly pink in center)

let sit for a few minutes before serving.
will be spicy and the brown sugar carmelizes into a nice crust

also good on the bbq

probably but it will taste very different,
the whole point of the sugar is to get that crispy carmelized texture, however maintaining the tenderness of the pork

i suggest bbq'ing if you od not have a broiler

3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded so they cook evenly, but not pounded thin)
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup italian flavor bread crumbs
good jarred sauce- i love 4 cheese flavor by bertolli
fresh moozarella
salt and pepper

preheat oven to 375

whisk egg and milk in a bowl. add salt and pepper to egg mixture

place breadcrumbs on a plate.

dip chicken in egg mixture. then dip in bread crumbs coating evenly.

place breaded cutlets in a pie pan.

bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

after 25 minutes, put sauce on top, about 1/2 the jar.
then place fresh moozarella slices on top of chicken

bake for 10 minutes longer
until cheese is bubbly.
serve immediately.
