Yes, it is part of my home owners policy.
I have all my jewelry insured under the same policy.

Yes, it comes to about $240 per year. But it also covers my wedding band, DH wedding band, and 2 other pieces of jewelry. (Through Jewelers Mutual)

yes, DH has it insured with USAA. I think it's around $180 a yr

I pay $153/yr with State farm. It is a personal articles policy that is not part of my homeowners.
I have 3 rings, 2 watches and a pearl and diamond necklace on it.
There is no deductible.
Get your jewelry appraised every 7-10 years as the values change.

I have it and do it through state farm. But I don't just have my engagement ring, I have a bunch of other jewelry I had appraised, too. Cost: $350/year.
