I dont think you need to at all.. while shopping on LTD i found these and picked them up since it was only 6 bucks each i couldnt pass them up! Image Attachment(s):

We got the same things for DD's Godparents. When DS was christened we gave his Godparents this pin Godparent Pin

Us too. The godparents should be giving a gift to the baby. That's the way I always thought of it.
