Almost always open. Maddie can't open the door by herself & middle of the night potty runs. Hers stays open. We keep Joseph's door closed only if we're running the humidier since he's prone to croup.

Depends. Mostly closed for both my kids, just because their rooms are on the same floor as our LR, DR and kitch (hi-ranch). We keep ours open a bit so we can hear them if they get up.

Open, but we shut mine, just dont latch it. My dog sleeps in my room and I dont want her in the baby's room or in my living room at night....
