Open a crack until he falls asleep then we open it all the way. When DH gets up for work he closes it so he doesn't wake up from the noise.

everyones door is closed at night
ETA - I was always told that it was a matter of fire safety to keep all bedroom doors closed while sleeping

Closed because I don't want the baby to wake her up. Before that, it was ajar unless we had loud company or something.

If the fan is ona nd windows open then I leave the door open. If the AC is on then I close the door but not completely. I don't let the door knob latch on ) I leave it opened a crack so that it's easier to open to check on him and go to him.

I used to leave it open a crack, but DS moved to his big boy bed just a few days ago, so I close the door completely now.
