Dormer/adding a room over garage
We'd like to get a quote for this. Does anyone have someone to recommend? Best to start with a contractor or a company that does this (like Allure)? I have no where to begin and right now we're just playing with the idea of this (not sure if it's feasible just yet) so I don't want to pay for the estimate. I'd love to get a number so we have a goal or can see what kind of home equity loan we'd need to make it happen.

You can try Larsen
I know they had an ad for dormering a cape but I dont remember the sq footage but it was starting at 75K
DH has done some jobs with them

We're actually adding a garage and then putting a dormer on top as well. We're using Gary Courtier, they're located in Suffolk, but we live in Nassau. He was highly recommended.
