Double Wall Oven
Hello,
I currently have an electric double wall oven. We are going to be redoing our kitchen and I have a gas cooktop. Should I go with a gas double wall oven too?
Someone told me electric cooks more even and to stick with the electric.
Any opinions?

Double Wall Oven
For baking, electric is much more consistent than gas. For cooking, gas is much more efficient. I only have electric in my home. In my perfect world I would have a gas cooktop and electric wall ovens. Keep the set up you have. it is the best of both worlds.

You got good advice. Electric wall ovens are much preferred, and they are more even cooking ...plus you get the added benefit that you can get a self-cleaning feature with electric. Gas ovens are very limited and few and far between. Ken Kelly
