DS with mixed up days and nights... any suggestions...

Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to get DS to figure out his days and nights??? He's up every 45 mins to an hour every night, but doesn't sleep THAT much during the day... He's 7 wks old. What should I do?? Delirium is starting to set in!
