Dumb Question: Do double side-by-side strollers fit in all doorways?
They look so wide, so they fit through doorways easily? I live in an apartment building so I am worried about the width of these bad boys.

Re: Dumb Question: Do double side-by-side strollers fit in all doorways?
I have a Maclaren Twin techno which fits through pretty much all doorways. I have had an issue twice with it. I think some doorways are a little smaller than standard. If you live in an older apartment building, I'd measure the doorway and then see the dimensions of the strollers. I also have a In Step Safari (Jogger) which is a little bit wider and doesn't always fit through all doorways.

I have not had any problems with either my city mini OR my bumbleride Indie Twin (as long as I don't use the cup holder on the bumbleride).

Re: Dumb Question: Do double side-by-side strollers fit in all doorways?
My ILs got an older one (I would have to check which one) and it doesn't fit through their doors. They have to fold it up to get it in their house.

Re: Dumb Question: Do double side-by-side strollers fit in all doorways?
I thought I read somewhere that most side by side double strollers are as wide as a wheelchair so they are "technically" supposed to fit through standard doorways.
