Early intervention - Teacher assistants?
I am doing my masters in Special Ed right now at Dowling....I want to work for an agency and work with children in their homes.
I was told I could work for the agencies as a TA while doing my masters, as long as I took the LAST.
Does anyone know anything about this?
It is supposed to be around $30 an hr which is great...
I am waiting for someone to call me back from one of the agencies for more info.

I don't have any info..sorry..but I am curious about the agencies...I am a sped teacher and starting an advanced cert. in Sept in behavior analysis and want to explore work through an agency...which did you contact??

If you could provide any further information about this that would be great. I am also working on my masters in elementary education and special Ed.
EI is where I want to work when I am done.
