These are super easy. There's a caramel version that's amazing but those are a little more work.

Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

Lemon bars are another easy one to make.

pudding pie? i don't like instand pudding, I do My T Fine pudding on the stove and use a pre-made graham cracker crust. then top with homemade whipped cream or cool whip before serving. you need to make it atleast a few hours before!

Re: easiest dessert you have ever made?

if you like bananas and Cinnamon this is sooo easy!

Banana Pie Recipe-

Ingredients-
1 container cool whip
2 3.4 packages of Jello Pudding in either Vanilla or White Chocolate (I usually use Vanilla)
1.5 cups of skim milk
½ teaspoon of cinnamon.
1 banana
graham cracker pie crust

Method-
Slice banana and place on the bottom of the pie crust- place to the side
In a large bowl pour skim milk in. Pour the packages of Jello and cinnamon into the skim milk
Beat with mixer for about 1 minute until mixure looks smooth.
Gently fold Cool Whip into the mixture until it’s all blended together.
If desired, sprinkle additional cinnamon on top of pie.
If desired, right before eating, slice additional banana and place on top of pie.
Place in fridge for 4 hours.

So easy and no baking!

also - a super easy cheat if you want to bring cookies...
use chocolate chip cookie dough (Pillsbury or whatever) but add some m&ms to the top before you put them in the oven.
this way they have a homemade look even though its the premade refrigerated dough

I just made coconut custard pie on Sunday and I had forgotten how easy it was! Made it first thing in the morning. Used a frozen pie crust. I don't have the recipe in front of me but it's 5 or 6 ingrediants, mix, pour into the crust, put in oven.
