easter menu

ok so, so far, this is what were having... I have about 30 people coming to my house

~tortilla chips with taco dip
~chips and vegetable and onion dip
~vegetable tray

antipasto:
~sliced fresh mozzarella and tomatoes, olives, and roasted peppers
~salad
~homemade bruscetta on garlic toast

pasta:
~homemade manicotti
~focaccia

main buffet:
~racks of lamb
~italian sausage
~stuffed peppers
~eggplant parmigiana
~roasted potatoes, zucchini and onions
~broccoli rabe with sauteed tomatoes and onions
~cauliflower pancakes
~asparagus oreganata

dessert:
~fruit salad
~homemade pistachio fruit dip
~slow cooker berry cobbler with neopolitan iced cream
~homemade cupcakes
and whatever everyone else brings

We're starting with brunch items in the early afternoon:

German pancakes with mixed berries
Pizza rustica
Bacon quiche tarts

Throughout the day we'll have hard boiled eggs, cheese and crackers, and an assorted fruit platter.

For the main meal:

Lamb
Italian Easter bread
Asparagus
Spinach
Twice baked potatoes

Dessert:

Cadbury egg cupcakes
Kit Kat Easter cake

thanks guys. wanted to make sure sounded ok. and yes, 30 people is alot. im having an anxiety attack. and i just bought stuff to make asparagus oreganata also.
