EASY and yummy dinner idea!
so i just tried this tonight and thought it came out great! and sooo easy!
so basically i just put 2 boneless chicken breasts in the crockpot (they were actually still frozen when i put them in) dumped in a jar of salsa a can of black beans (drained and rinsed) some frozen corn thats IT!
let it cook all day on low.... when i stirred it, the chicken shredded up and it made a really great chili type thing. i ate it with some tostio chips... so yummy! and prob ably not TOO unhealthy for ya.. thought i would share since i know everybody is always looking for easy dinner ideas

That sounds great! I would probably serve it over whole wheat pasta or rice! Thanks for the recipe!

I have a crockpit salsa chicken recipe. Couple frozen chicken breasts, a can of mushroom soup, 1 jar salsa, corn and blackbeans, a little water and a packet of taco seasoning. Cook on low all day and its amazing, especially in a tortilla.

I make that all the time, except I add a brick of cream cheese in the last half hour - delish!

hi! yup! we turned it on a little before 8 when we both left for work.... set it to cook for 8 hours... but we didn't actually eat it until after 6, so it had been in there for almost 10 hours ( after the 8 hours, it went to a "Warm" setting so it stayed warm... but it was only actually cooking for 8 hours)
