Eating table food question

Okay, so we handled baby food really well! The twins are well nourished and like the baby food. However, now that I am trying to move them towards table food it is a daily battle!

They don't like anything that isn't pureed! I have tried all sorts of food and it flops! Lunch and dinner has turned into a nightmare!

What worked for you all? TIA I think I am going to loose my mind!

Re: Eating table food question

Parker loves Chicken cutlets ( I throw it in the food processor for a couple)

He LOOVEs any form of food made with cheese. Grilled cheese sandwhich, pastina with milk and cheese. peas, potatoes, any and all fruits cut up.

He no longer likes jarred "meals (except the breakfast ones) so I am always trying to come up with food ideas but it's hard and I am afraid of choking....

I do, but I have also done this with baked chicken, all types , and he loves it just the same....I will say, breaded chicken is his fav. baked or fried, doesnt matter to him. Its crumbly in the food processor, and gives it a little flavor. I also add Parm cheese to the breading, so that helps too.

Re: Eating table food question

On Sunday I made chicken cutlets, straight up regular way.....stewed zucchini, and threw it into the grinder with some of the jarred chicken and stars dinner which he doesn't like by itself......

He loved it!!!!
I tasted it too and it was really good!
I'm trying out new table foods too but find that the cut up stuff ain't working just yet.....
