Ask for help.
A friend at work just got back from maternity leave after having twins. She told me to let people cook for me, ask DH to burp/change the baby, and anything else that will allow for some extra time to get some rest since BF every 2-3 hrs is exhausting.

Best pregnancy advice I've received with this pregnancy is enjoy your family of 4 (the fourth being our dog) alone time as much as you can. It will never be the same once baby #2 arrives.

best advice i received was: bask in the new "family" feeling the baby will give you and your husband but dont forget how you originally got there...make alone time for the two of you, it will strengthen the family bond

The best pregnancy advice I ever got was to swaddle - my baby loved being all tucked away and slept the best when she was tightly swaddled.

Best advice EVER was "get some sleep now while you still can..." It has been 5+ years and I still sleep with one eye open and hear EVERY sound at night!!

best pregnancy advise I got was to eat vanilla ice cream when you have heart burns and feel nauseous...it actually helped me to go through my "horrible" time at first 4 months of my both pregnancies...

The best advice I ever received was, "nod and say thank you" but take it all with a grain of salt. Everyone has thier own ideas and opinions about what will work best. But every baby is different, what might work for one won't work for the other.
Also, don't be afraid to ask for help!

The best pregnancy advice I ever got was to pray for a happy and healthy baby. I did! And I got one in August of 09! He's happy and healthy but boy does he have a temper!!! This time around, I'm praying for a happy, healthy and laid back baby!

Find a doctor you love! I switched OBs when I got my BFP and am SO glad I did. I've had complications and normally would be an absolute mess, but I have the utmost confidence in my doctor and have been able to enjoy this pregnancy because of him.
