The best advice I was given was from my best friend who has two kids and I go to her for everything. When I first started sleep training, I had to use the cry it out method and she always said, "it's heartbreaking but they always wake up smiling and hold no grudges". It really helped me get through the first night.

The best advice I ever receieved was not to be afraid to ask for help when you need it...whether it's with taking care of the baby or of yourself!

Best advice I have gotten is to try to stay calm and positive. Whatever you feel the babies feel. (although I am NOT very good at NOT worrying!)

best advice I got was to sleep when the baby sleeps, which of course no one takes but I did and it was the best advice, at least with #1 anyway.
